Project Description
Three sessions are exclusively dedicated to understanding Meditation, Awareness and Flow of Intelligence resulting from and in the meditative state.
The theory:
This part explains what Meditation is, and how to go into deep meditation. The significance of every element of meditation is explained:
• Where & When to do meditation.
• Body posture and breathing.
• Chanting: The pros and cons of chanting. Whether chanting itself can disturb you, become monotonous and boring. Whether you can go into deep meditation without chanting.
• How to deal with thoughts when you meditate. Is it possible and/or desirable to reach a state of mind where there are no thoughts?
• How to deal with external stimuli like noise and your reaction.
• Getting out of deep meditation
The practice:
After creating the above groundwork, the participants are taken through the practice by few sessions of Guided meditation, hand holding the participants through each and every stage of learning the process and in overcoming the obstacles.
It is guaranteed that with commitment and prescribed practice, each participant will be independently able to go into deep meditation and derive its substantial benefits.
