Every resource is distributed in the form of a PYRAMID. The competition in every activity organizes people in the form of a PYRAMID. Whether it is Cricketers, Businessmen or IT Engineers, this rule applies everywhere.
The lower levels are very crowded. You have to be in the top 5% of any activity to be successful. This is the APEX level of the PYRAMID as it leads to the APEX.
3X Growth is about reaching the APEX levels of Intelligence, Strength and Wealth. The three EX are
Excellence:is achieved at theAPEX Level of the Intelligence Pyramid.
Once you operate at the higher levels of Intelligence, you achieve clarity and there is free flow of Creativity and Intuition. In this state you have EXCELLENCE in all that you do.

Explosion:is achieved at theAPEX Level of theStrength Pyramid.
Our whole energy remains blocked either in the past or in the future. With deep meditation, you learn to be present in the NOW, withdrawing all your energies from past and future and a tremendous EXPLOSION of productivity happens.

Once you learn to deal with fear of failure, there is a capacity to face any challenge. That EXPLOSION is courage.

Expansion: is achieved at theAPEX Level of theWealth Pyramid.
Once you have the intelligence to know your real nature, you will then need to admit your situation and admit your weaknesses and limitations. This requires EXPANSION of your Intelligence and Consciousness.A wealthy man whose Consciousness has not expanded with his wealth, is indeed a very poor man.
The Workshop leads to these three achievement levels. These are not mere words but the experiences that you can have and values that you achieve.
